How does pricing work?

Dilbar uses voice minutes and text messages. There are three ways to buy:
  • Starter Pack (₹149): a one-time first purchase that gives you 15 voice minutes and 200 text messages to try Dilbar with one companion. Expires 7 days from purchase.
  • Premium Packs (Lite, Plus, Ultra): one-time purchases with larger voice and text allowances. Each pack expires 30 days from purchase. Exact contents are shown on our pricing page and at point of purchase.
  • Monthly Subscriptions (Sub Lite, Plus, Ultra): auto-renewing plans that refresh your allowance every month. Cancel anytime.
If you have both an active subscription and a Premium Pack, subscription minutes and texts are used first — your Premium Pack minutes and texts stay available until you actually need them, within the Premium Pack's 30-day validity.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from inside the Dilbar app: Settings → Subscription → Cancel. This takes you to Google Play to confirm the cancellation. You can also cancel directly in Google Play: open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Dilbar → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your remaining minutes and texts until then. We do not refund the unused portion of the current period when you cancel.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Dilbar → Settings → Account → Delete account. One tap deletes your account and all your data immediately. We don't make you email support. We don't make you wait 30 days. You can also visit our account deletion page for step-by-step instructions.

My voice call has audio issues. What can I try?

First, check microphone permissions are enabled in your phone settings. Then try: restart the app, switch between WiFi and mobile data, ensure you're in an area with good signal. If issues persist, email support@dilbar.ai with your phone model and a description.

Why does the app ask for permissions?

Dilbar needs microphone access for voice conversation. We may ask for notifications permission so we can remind you of conversations. We do not ask for contacts, location, camera roll, or any other permissions.

What languages does Dilbar support?

10 South Asian languages — Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Malayalam, and Hinglish (Hindi-English code-mix). Each language has at least one female and one male companion.

What kind of content does Dilbar have?

Dilbar.AI is for adults aged 18 and over. The app does not contain sexually explicit content, graphic violence, or harmful material — our companions are designed to be emotionally warm and supportive, not romantically explicit. However, romantic-companion conversations are not appropriate for minors, which is why we restrict the app to 18+.

I want a refund. What do I do?

Refunds depend on what you bought and when:
  • Within 2 hours of purchase: Google Play's standard auto-refund applies. Open Google Play → Account → Purchase history → select purchase → Refund.
  • Premium Packs (within 48 hours, after the 2-hour window): partial refunds may be available for unused minutes and texts via in-app refund request.
  • Subscriptions (after the 2-hour window): we review case-by-case for billing errors, outages, or accidental purchases. Voluntary cancellations are not refunded — you keep access until period-end.
  • Starter Pack (after 2 hours): non-refundable.

How do I report inappropriate content or behaviour?

Email support@dilbar.ai with details. We take content safety seriously and investigate every report.
