Delete your Dilbar.AI account

If you can still log in to the app

Best option. Takes 10 seconds.

1. Open the Dilbar app
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account
3. Confirm

Your account, conversation history, companion memory, and payment history are deleted immediately. You'll be signed out and the data cannot be recovered.

If you can't log in to the app

If you've uninstalled the app, lost access to your phone, or can't sign in for any reason, email us and we'll delete your account for you.

In the email, please include:

• The email address linked to your Dilbar account
• Your phone number (if you signed up with phone, not email)
• Any companion names you remember (helps us verify it's your account)

We'll confirm the deletion within 7 business days. You don't need to give a reason.

What gets deleted

Immediately, when you request deletion:

• Your account and login credentials
• Your profile (name, language preference, companion choices)
• Your full conversation history with all companions
• Companion memory (everything a companion has remembered about you)
• Payment receipts and purchase history (the personal-data parts)

What is retained, and why

A small amount of data is retained where required by law:

• Tax and refund records: UK law requires us to keep transaction records for six years. These contain only the data HMRC requires, not your conversations or profile.
